In December 2010 Mafci (Mauritano-Française des Ciments S.A.) completed his vertical integration in concrete business through the acquisition of 100% stakes of MBR (Mauritanienne des Bâtiments et Routes S.A.), one of the local main players in ready-mix activities. MBR operates 2 batching plant and a bricks production center in Nouakchott.
